Exchange list of clients of MFIs – AMFOT members is conducted in purpose to enhance the transparency and healthy climate of microfinance sector in Tajikistan, in order to avoid over-indebtness and healthy climate of financial obligations to credit customers for risk mitigation as well as reduce operating costs and reduce time spent on processing loans.

Starting from October of 2008, 8 Microfinance organizations – AMFOT members in Sughd region based on memorandum conduct the exchange list of positive and negative clients of Sogd region. In April of 2009, the memorandum was signed among 8 MFIs on exchange of list of clients from Districts of Subbording Republic and Khatlon region. Association of Microfinance Organizations of Tajikistan through its head office and representativeness in Sugd and Khatlon regions consolidates the list of MFO clients and each Friday disseminates its. Only those MFO which signed the memorandum will participate at exchange list of MFO clients. That’s why, those MFO which are interested to participate at this activity have to apply to AMFOT to sign up the memorandum of cooperation.
