Dear visitors of AMFOT website!

We would like to bring to your attention a new project on National Standards of Corporative Management of the Republic of Tajikistan (Standards) developed in the frames of activity of the Working Group for development of Model Code of Corporative Management of RT.  The Working Group has been established in June 2009 under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and expert and technical support of IFC Project on Corporative Management in Central Asia (Tajikistan).  Within a year, the project of Model Code of Corporative Management of the Republic of Tajikistan was developed with joint efforts of Working Group members, and later according to the decision of Working Group it was renamed as the National Standards of Corporative Management of the Republic of Tajikistan.

    Shuhrat Shohrahmonov, AMFOT lawyer participated in the working group on behalf of AMFOT. Putting the project of Standards on AMFOT website and other partner organizations – members of working group is aimed at following: 

-          presentation of project of Standards for consideration of all stakeholders; 
- receipt of comments and proposals from stakeholders on the content of document on Standards.

    In order to optimize the content of Standards, all provided comments will be considered and taken into account at the meeting of Working Group.
